Join us this summer for a season of inquiry into the built environment, its political geographies, contested memories, and epistemologies of production.
Through a series of four intensive workshops led by practitioners and academics working at the intersection of urbanism, critical theory, and social history, participants will engage with urgent questions shaping contemporary urban life.
Open to students, researchers, practitioners, and the critically curious.
All workshops will be conducted in Arabic.
In-person workshops will take place at Megawra in al-Khalifa neighborhood in Cairo.
